Advance Corrective Treatments

Lira Clinical Corrective Peels use cutting-edge ingredients like plant stem cells, peptides, and advanced acids that target various skin concerns such as fine lines, pigmentation, and acne. These treatments help in rejuvenating the skin, providing a youthful, radiant complexion, as well as correcting skin concerns like texture, scarring, acne, and aging. In addition to Lira Corrective peels, we offer Nano Infusion Facials. Nano infusion is pain free, no needles, big results. Using a silicone tip to stamp the skin creating thousands of microscopic channels on the top layer of skin. Increasing product absorption rate by 60-75%. The nano silicone tip infuses hyaluronic acid into the skin, filling out lines, and wrinkles, which plumps up the skin. This will brighten and tighten the skin. This is a great alternative to Injectables, or a support treatment between injectables. Noticeable results after one treatment.

  • If you are trying to correct a skin condition such as; acne, hyper-pigmentation, melasma, rosacea, lack of skin elasticity, or scarring. In addition to using Lira Clinical at home care consistently, it is recommended to get a series of 3-6 peels, preferably 10-14 days apart to achieve desired results. Skin has to be properly prepped in order to receive this service. Your first treatment will be a hybrid peel (introducing the acid to your skin but mixed with another product.) Followed by using specific at home products to prep the skin for 2 weeks or more depending on your Fitzpatrick type (a skin classification that depends on the amount of melanin pigment in the skin to predict sun sensitivity, burn risk, and how the skin will react to peels and potential hyperpigmentation risks.)Products recommended are usually a melanin inhibitor, an enzyme, and SPF (which is non-negotiable.) Products will be recommended at your initial appointment. If your skin is not properly prepped it can result in PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation), or excessive peeling which can lead to a compromised barrier, possibly creating additional skin concerns.

  • A hybrid peel treatment is a corrective facial with immediate visible results for all skin types and conditions. This is a peel that is mixed with a mask to reduce the intensity, and to prep your skin for more intense treatments. Whether it’s; acne, hyper-pigmentation, melasma, rosacea, lack of skin elasticity, or scarring. This is a great first step to prep your skin for more intensive corrective peels. To maximize results it is recommended to use Lira Clinical skincare at home, to maintain and enhance your results. 80% of your homecare is where your corrective results come from. Your esthetician will recommend the appropriate products to prep and condition your skin. (Ask about our pregnancy safe peels.)

  • Liquid microneedling is performed using a herbal masque that delivers spicules into the skin which stimulates circulation and oxygenation to the skin. Encouraging collagen and elastin production. Great for acne, aging, scars, & hyper-pigmentation. Skin will appear brighter and firmer. This amazing product is made from badiaga (freshwater sponge). It embeds itself into the skin, then works it’s way out naturally sloughing off dead skin cells (similar results as microneedling, just less intense, and less downtime.) Safe for pregnant/breast feeding. (Not recommended for Rosacea.) Avoid Retinol and Alpha Hydroxy Acids 3 days before and after treatment. Do not apply makeup after service, or wash your face until the following day. Avoid excessive heat (working out, sauna, steam room, direct sun, for 24-48 hours after appointment.) Use SPF daily and wear a hat. Noticeable results after one treatment. A series of 3-6 is recommended to correct and repair any skin concerns.

The silicone nano tip infuses hyaluronic acid into the skin filling out lines and wrinkles, which also plumps up the skin. Increasing skin’s absorption rate by 60-75%. This is a great alternative to injectables, or a support treatment between injectables. Noticeable results after one treatment. Long term results up to six months with a series of 4-8 treatments.
